I met Tyler through a friend. When my family found out we had 60 days to move Tyler helped us do that. He’s very quick to respond, he’s very knowledgeable about the industry, answered so many questions. Tyler quickly helped us set up viewings and after 2 days of looking at 8 houses we put an offer in. Not only did he communicate well with us he also communicated well with the selling agent. He gave us advice on how to negotiate, and the type of things we could ask for in our deal. He was supportive when I was frustrated with our financier. And even after the sale, he’s sent little gifts to support and congratulate us. I don’t plan on moving for a really long time but I will recommend him to anyone in the future.

Tyler was very hands on in selling our home from start to finish. He does his research and comes up with an effective strategy to make your home as desirable as possible. Most importantly he is very responsive and explains every step in the process from start to finish. In all we ended up with a dozen offers with 11 of the 12 being 6% - 12% over asking price. In all there was not a single hiccup through the house selling process. We Highly recommended Tyler.

Tyler is the best!! We were not planning on actively looking to move for another year or so. Then one Sunday morning I received a notification on my phone about a new listing and in that moment we knew it was our forever home! We called Tyler up and he made it happen, even during a national pandemic. Our house was listed within a few short days and sold within 2 days with 3 offers! We seriously cannot thank Tyler enough for all of his hard work. We are now in our new home about 7 months and are loving every minute of it. We recommend Tyler to everyone!!

My Tyler Miller experience began with an online home value estimate request. Tyler promptly responded. Even after explaining that we weren't selling, just curious about our homes value, he came out and provided a comprehensive and thorough comparative market analysis. His only request was to keep him in mind if we had a real estate need or knew of anyone else with a need. Fast forward a year or so. Following a failed auction attempt to sell my dads house, I called Tyler. He and his team jumped into action. With their hard work and guidance we were able to collect $66,000 more than the auctioneer was willing to sell it for! He, the auctioneer, was actually mad that we didn't remove the reserve and let him sell it, thank you Tyler. From the very first visit, Tyler's hard work, professionalism, courteousness and humility (answering my many questions with respect, never making me feel less than.) was obviously woven into his business practices. Very un-professional im in contract to buy a house and tyler thinks he can break that contract. im not going to let a crook walk all over me! I will not let a crooked realtor screw me out of a house because he got a better offer after the contract was signed. Questionable ethics to say the least!!

Man where should I start? Tyler was introduced to me by a subpar friend of mine that also wanted to buy land. Tyler began his search in Berks county for our next investment, and stumbled across this vacant lot with a beautiful farm house. The owner of the property was firm on their price. They knew what they had and didn’t want to give up the gem. However, Tyler went to work on penetrating their defenses and got our counter offer accepted. To this day we really do not know how he was able to make this happen. Maybe he’s that good? Maybe he took their kids for ransom? Maybe he got them some white powder and escorts? Either way we were happy. He got us the property we wanted. Tyler’s persistence after the sale has been nothing short of spectacular when it comes to endless emails and text messages. Sometimes we wish he would just stop by and say high in person. My partner and I would much prefer to see him in person. The only thing we aren’t happy about is he wouldn’t take this picture with us and hold the sign with his massive but gentle hands. Either way we still love him. ;)
